  1. We want what others don’t have. A house, a car, a phone but also what we have done, where we have been, what we know. STATUS. So we feel like we belong.
  2. We all have an aspirational identity. That person we want to be, who isn’t ever criticized, and has the trust and APPROVAL of our tribe. So we feel like we belong.
  3. The desire for MEANING: how can you invite customers, suppliers and employees to participate in something greater than themselves. A movement, a cause to champion, a fight against villains. How are you creating a tribe in your business, where people feel they belong.
